In Celoxis, there are 2 types of users - Paid (with login) and FREE(no login).Free users can be used to define Roles or can be named users if they do not require to log into Celoxis. For a small company with 10 user accounts, you can setup your users in 20 minutes. Some points to note.
  1. You can add one user at a time, OR import a list of users from a CSV file.
  2. Users must be assigned work calendars. These are used in scheduling tasks assigned to the users. 
  3. You can add user skills under 'Keywords'.
  4. Select the Locale, display and input date formats for them.
  5. You can customize each user's dashboard and notifications when creating the user. Alternately, every user can customize their own dashboards and notifications.
  6. When you create a paid user in Celoxis and provide a valid email address, a mail is automatically sent off to the user informing them of their login and password. They can then login to Celoxis and reset their passwords.
  7. A User can also be assigned a User Cost Rate
  8. If company billing model is User Based billing, then a User can also be assigned a User Bill Rate.
