Celoxis offers FREE Client logins. You can collaborate actively with your clients by sharing project and task updates, documents and inviting them to participate in project discussions. For a company with around 10 client accounts, you can set them up in 10 minutes.
Some points to note:
- Every client account defined in Celoxis gets their own login. You can choose to share it with your clients or not.
- You can setup a Client hierarchy in Celoxis. First add your top level client contacts, followed by the next level. Pick the appropriate parent group as you proceed to create your client hierarchy.
- You can select what privileges you wish to grant your client.
- By default, Celoxis defines a client called 'Internal'. If no clients are created, a new project is assigned this Internal client. This can also be used when executing Internal projects.
- Celoxis creates 5 default reports that are shared with the clients (projects, tasks, documents, discussions and processes).
