Skill sets for resources are entered and searched by keywords.
To enter keywords
- On the main menu, click Settings, and then click Company.
- In the Users And Clients section, click User Accounts.
- Point at the users, and select Edit from the actions drop-down list.
- On the Edit User window, enter keywords in the Skills, Experience & Qualification field.
The Skills, Experience & Qualification field are custom fields which you can create for your user. - Click Save.
- You can search resources based on the keywords.
