The Views are the primary way of managing different objects in Celoxis. Views help you to locate an item quickly in Celoxis and then take action on it. Some or all of the following are available in your account.

  1. Projects
  2. Tasks
  3. Time Entries
  4. Expenses
  5. Discussions
  6. Files
  7. Resource Load
  8. <All active Apps in the account> - i.e., Bugs, Risks, Change Requests, etc.
  9. Users
  10. Clients
  11. Contacts

 

  • The Views are available to all users in Celoxis and cannot be deleted. Only a user with administrative privileges can customize this i.e add columns, filters.
  • The data in the View is controlled by security i.e. If a user does not have privileges to view a record, it will never appear in the view results.
  • Views are not available for Clients.
