Permissions for Company administration

• Staff (i.e. every user) can create project and view clients.
• External Users can not create project and view clients.

Permissions for Time and Expense :

• Approver and Project Manager can view and approve the time entry.
• Approver is also a proxy user.
• Task Team can view their own time-entries.

Permissions for Task :

• Project Manager can View, Edit, Delete Tasks and Add update against the tasks.
• Project Stakeholders and CXO can View Tasks and Add update against the tasks.
• Approver can view the task.
• Task Team can View Tasks, Add update, Add Expense, Add time against tasks they are assigned.

Permissions for Project :

• Project Manager can View & Edit the Project, Add New task in project, View and Edit project financials.
• CXO can View Project, Add New task in project, View and Edit project.
• Project Stakeholder can View project and project financials.

Approver can view project financials

• Project Team can view the project.
• External Users can not view the clients.

Permissions for Folder:

• CXO, Project manager, Project Stakeholder, Project Team can view all folder across the company.

Permissions for Documents:

• CXO,  Project Stakeholder, Project Team, Task Team can View the documents.
• Project Manager can View and Check in/ out the documents.
• Task Team can Check in/ out the documents where they are owners.

Permissions for Discussions:

• Project Manager can Create new discussion, View, Edit, Reply and Delete the discussion.
• Project Team, Task Team can vreate new discussion, View and Reply the discussion.
• Project Stakeholder and CXO can View and Reply the discussion.
• Staff ( i.e. every user) can create new discussion in project.

Report

• Staff (i.e Every user) can create new report.
