You can copy the existing Workflow app item to initiate a new workflow one with changes OR move an existing workflow app item to a new project or Workspace.

To copy a Workflowan app item:

1. Go to your Workflowapp item.
2. From the actions drop-down  of the Workflow, click on Copy.
3. You can change the data in the fields you require like Summary, Priority, etc.
4. Select a new Assigned To or Requestor if required.
5. Click on Submit. A new instance of the Workflow App item is created. The original remains untouched.

To Move a workflowan app item:

1. Go to your Workflowapp item.
2. From the actions drop-down  of the Workflow, click on Move.
3. Select the new project or Workspace where you want to move the processitem.
4. Click on Next. The original process app item is moved under the new selection.
