This method allows anyone to initiate an App by sending a email to a unique email address. The email address has encoded information about the App, Workspace and the specific state the item must be placed. For instance, you want a Support Ticket to be initiated when your customers send an email to a given address.

Direct Email Interface:

  1. On From the main menu, click Settings, on user photo on top-right and then click Company Administration.
  2. Under Apps section, click Email Integration.
  3. Under the Direct Email Interface section click , click on Find Email Address.
  4. Select the appropriate App, Workspace, State from the drop-down list and click on Next.
  5. From the Workspace drop-down list, select the required Workspace.
  6. From the State drop-down list, select state. 
  7. Click on Submit.  An email address for your app is created  which created which will then create app items under the selected workspace and state.
