Direct Email Integration
This method allows anyone to initiate an App by sending a email to a unique email address. The email address has encoded information about the App, Workspace and the specific state the item must be placed. For instance, you want a Support Ticket to be initiated when your customers send an email to a given address.
Direct Email Interface:
- From the main menu, click on user photo on top-right and then Administration.
- Under Apps section, click Email Integration.
- Under the Direct Email Interface section, click on Find Email Address.
- Select the appropriate App, Workspace, State from the drop-down list and click Submit.  An email address for your app is created which will then create app items under the selected workspace and state.Â
