Celoxis makes it easy by integrating with popular web apps like Google Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, JIRA, Zendesk, etc. using Zapier. This saves a lot of development efforts and automates your work processes.

For example, quickly create tasks in Celoxis for your bugs in JIRA OR add a reminder to your Google Calendar for your important tasks.

When setting up your Zap, you can pick the data you want to send from and to Celoxis. You can also add filters to execute the action only when data meets specified criteria.

All you need to get started is a trial Zapier account which allows you to integrate Celoxis with most apps and the rest is very straightforward.

Here are a few examples of what you can achieve with a Zap:

When a developer adds a new issue in JIRA, create a new task in Celoxis OR when an issue is updated in JIRA, then update the relevant task in Celoxis with the comments.
When a starred message is added on Slack, create a Task in Celoxis.
When a Risk occurs, send an email to specific users.
