Adding Files and Folders to your Favorites

If you are interested in specific folders and / or files and would like quick access to them, you can add them to your favorite report in Celoxis. To create your Favorite files report, please follow the instructions below. 

To add files and folders to your favorites:

Create Report My Favorite files

  1. First create a report with type file and call it My Favorite files
  2. Select filter 'My Favorite' and select value 'Yes'.
  3. Select other columns as per requirement and save. 
  4. Now click on the Action Selector of that report and click on Add to Favorites

Add your files/folders to My Favorite files

  1. Go to your project and click on project-specific File report.
  2. Click the Action Selector against the respective files(or folder), click on More > Favorite.
  3. The selected file is now visible in your My Favorite files report
