With each custom app, you can define roles, assign permissions and specify users who can play those roles.
To assign or un-assign privileges to roles:
- Go to Settings and then click on Company.
- Under the Security section, click on Set Role Privileges.
- Navigate to the Apps tab.
- Select the App and apply the desired privileges.
- Click on Submit.
