Understanding Calendar Sharing

Sharing types:

You can use work calendar to reflect events, holidays, special days, meetings, conferences etc. during a project life-cycle. Events in Celoxis are of following types : 

  • Private,do not show event: The event is not visible to any user other than the one who created it.
  • Show as busy, hide details: The event is shown in others calendar with a 'Busy' message. The details are hidden.
  • Public, show details: The event is shown to everyone. Mostly company events or holidays are of this type. Everyone can see these events in their calendar.
