Interactive Gantt in Celoxis provides a graphical overview of the project schedule. This is useful for the Project Manager to schedule his projects and keep track of them. The different features like the Export, baseline, etc help him with preparing and driving the project plan more efficiently. 

All tasks are manually scheduled by default. To switch to auto scheduling, click on the project's actions and uncheck the New tasks will be manually scheduled option under Advanced tab.

 

The Interactive Gantt chart can be used in 2 ways :

  1. The Grid view : You can add columns to the Interactive Gantt and edit the tasks from here itself. 
  2. The Gantt view : You can see the task bars, create dependencies, move task before/ahead in schedule, update progress in the schedule.
