Project Stakeholders
Stakeholders are entities who hold some stake or fund a project. Apart from the project team and the client, these stakeholders may require access to the project. If you wish the stakeholders to have the same privileges as the project team, you can add them to the team. If instead you need them to have different privileges then you must create a separate role and specify stakeholders per project. Stakeholders can be added to the project team or a separate role can be created for them, later adding them to that role as per the project’s requirement.
To assign Project Stakeholders
- On the Project click the action drop-down
- Navigate to Settings, and then click Set Role Memberships.
- Click the Users drop-down list, and select the Client(s).
- Click the Roles drop-down list, and select the role as Project Stakeholders.
- Click Assign. The selected client(s) is assigned the role of Project client for that particular project.
