Resource Roles

When creating a user, he/she is assigned roles within the context of a department. These can be changed by editing the user.
Celoxis also lets you define project specific roles.  

To assign a user a role in a project:

  1. Go to your Project.
  2. Click the action drop-down  of the project and navigate to Settings and then click Set Role Memberships.
  3. Click the Users drop-down list and select the users.
  4. Click the Roles drop-down list and select the required role you want to assign / or unassign to the user
  5. Click Assign (or Unassign). The selected user(s) are assigned (or unassigned) the role selected for that particular project.
