Resource Skill Sets (Keywords)

Skill sets for resources are entered and searched by keywords.

To enter keywords

1. From the main menu, click on View > People > Users. 
2. Click on the three-line menu icon  next to the user's name from the Name column.
3. On the Edit User window, enter keywords in the Keywords field.
4. Alternately, you can also create a specific custom field for Skills.
5. Click Save.
6. You can search resources based on the keywords.
