Defining templates for emails sent to Requestor
You can define templates for emails sent to a requestor of an app item. Celoxis provides a default template. You can customize it per workspace.
- Login with a user with administrator privileges and click on Administration option under the user profile.
- Under the Custom Apps section, click on Requestor Email Templates.
- You will see list of all workspaces defined in the system.
- To customize a particular template, click on the Edit icon for a workspace.
- Apply the necessary customization.
- Click on Save.
- To revert to default template, click on the Reset icon for a workspace.
