Editing a Project
After creating a project, you may need to change project attributes or set project options. You may wish to update your Phase or make changes to any billing information. To do any of the above, you need to Edit your project.Â
To edit a project:
- Go to the project and click on Edit button on top.
- Edit the required project attributes under the different tabs.
- Click Save. The slide panel is refreshed to show the new changes.

If you do not see the Billing tab on the Edit project window, it means that you do not have 'View Financials' privileges.
Bulk Edit
Celoxis allows you to modify the following attributes of a project under bulk options.  You need to select the checkbox besides the option to set the new value. You can check multiple options at one time.
- Start
- State
- Manager
- Client
- Work Calendar
- Workspace
- Priority
- Custom Fields (except of type 'Multi-select Text Area').
