Change Request app helps you track and implement any change requests in the system.

Workflow Steps:

  1. When a new Change Request is initiated it is in 'Impact Analysis' state. 
  2. On performing Impact Analysis, the Change Request can either be 'Rejected' due to large impact, or can be chosen for Implementation.
  3. Once the implementation is complete, the Change Request is scheduled for Testing.
  4. During testing, if any issues are found, the Change Request is sent back to the implementation team. 
  5. Once testing is complete, the Change Request is deployed and moved to 'Deployment' state and is then 'Closed'.
