Viewing Calendars of multiple users

You can view calendar of other users. Events marked as "Public" by that user are shown and you can view details of the events. Events marked as "Busy" will show as "Busy" for the duration of the event. "Private" events are not shown.

To view multiple calendars
  1. Login with a user with administrator privileges and click on Calendar option under the user profile.
  2. From the Users drop-down list, select the users of which you want to see the calendars and click Go.
