File History

Celoxis allows you to view details of files uploaded such as

1. Who is the owner of the file
2. What is the current version of the file
3. Who has it currently checked out
4. What are the different versions of the files
5. Which version was checked in by whom 
6. Comments on the versions 
7. Date of checkin
   
   

To view the history:

1. Go to your project and click on project-specific File report.
2. From the actions drop-down of the file, click on View Details.

The pop-up window that opens will show you all the details with the history.

To download previous versions:

1. Go to your project and click on project-specific File report.
2. On the pop-up window, click on the Download link for downloading the required version of the file.
   
   

The file will be downloaded in the specified location.
