Export Tasks to CSV

Sometimes you may need to share your project plan with people who may not have the access to Celoxis application. In such a scenario, you can easily export your tasks in Excel format and share your project plan with them, thus establishing a convenient portability of your project data.

To export tasks to Excel:

  1. Go to your project and then Gantt.
  2. Pick the columns of your choice on the Gantt.
  3. Now, from the Gantt menu bar, navigate to the More option and go to Export and click on CSV. The tasks are exported to Excel.

When you export the project as CSV, the columns that are visible on the Gantt chart are exported to your CSV. The hierarchy of the tasks is shown with the appropriate indentation.
