Attribute Description R/RW Name A brief description of the project RW Start The Start date of your project RW Deadline The date at which you expect the project to finish. This is an optional field i.e if the project is a continuous project, you can keep this field blank. RW Manager The primary project manager. For more information on project manager, click here. RW Client This is the company or the individual for whom a project is executed. For projects which do not have a client, you can select - No Client -

Attribute Description R/RW Workspace This is a provision to organize users and projects within your company. This departmental organization lets you see only those users and projects which belong to that particular department. You can create only one level of department. In other words, there is no hierarchy within departments. This is intentional to keep it simple and avoid confusion.Â
For more information on Department Settings, click here.RW Code This is a short alpha numeric code that identifies the project. This code should be unique across the company and has to be entered manually. This is useful if you refer to projects with a code which is more convenient and accurate way than using the project name. You can also search for projects using the project code. RW Project Team A project team work towards its predefined goals and objectives under the guidance of a project manager. Project managers can specify the team for their projects. In a project, when you allocate resources to tasks, the resources are automatically added to the respective project team. Project Team dropdown is available when the option When assigning tasks to user show all users, not just users in project team at company level (Settings > Company, under 'Projects & Tasks' section) is unchecked.Â
RW Budget This is the amount you expect to spend in order to complete the project. Depending on the current rate of spending, Celoxis automatically indicates the budget health of a project using RAG (Red/Amber/Green) signals which helps the manager take appropriate actions before it is too late. The budget is also used to calculate the EVA (Earned Value Analysis) numbers. RW Fixed Price This means that the project is bid at a fixed price, regardless of the cost incurred. RW Hourly This means that the project is bid on a per hour basis. In this case, you can define a Start Price and a Ceiling Price. Time entries are automatically marked as Billable if the charging model for the associated project is set as Hourly.
RW Risk The potential negative impact that may arise from this project. For more information on Risk, click here. RW Benefit  A number between 0 and 100 that reflects the potential for financial or operational gain upon successful completion. Higher number means more benefit. RW Alignment A number between 0 and 100 that reflects how closely this project's requirements fit within the organizations business, goals, skill sets, and resources.
