Defining templates for emails sent to Requestor

You can define templates for emails sent to a requestor of an app item. Celoxis provides a default template. You can customize it per workspace.

  1. From the main menu, click on  and then Company Settings. 
  2. Under the Custom Apps section, click on Requestor Email Templates.
  3. You will see list of all workspaces defined in the system.
  4. To customize a particular template, click on the Edit icon for a workspace.
  5. Apply the necessary customization.
  6. Click on Save.
  7. To revert to default template, click on the Reset icon for a workspace.
