Auto fill Workitems
With this handy feature, your weekly time screen comes pre-filled with all tasks and app items on which you need to log your time. It is a convenient way of filling hours directly without having to pick the project and Work Item everytime. This is available as an option on your Weekly Time page. This is checked by default.
Your work items will be pre-filled on the following logic:
- Work Items on which you have filled time in this Week will be first, followed by
- Work Items on which time has been filled last week and are still incomplete, followed by,
- Other Work Items that are active in the last 2 weeks.
Pre-fill will populate work items up to a maximum of 40 rows.
- Toggling the Auto-Fill option will show a message. The changes will reflect only after re-opening the screen.
- This feature only prefills the work items and NOT its hours.
- The Work Items on this page are sorted alphabetically in the order mentioned above.
- A proxy user can fill time against work items which he/she has view privilege.
